poaspete concluzii pe Moldova de la EU, probleme cunoscute libertatea presei mai ales in contextul scrutinului, coruptia, climatul investitional. dar cel mai important alianiat este urmatorul: "The Council looks forward to the Commission's Progress Report foreseen for April 2008, which will provide a good opportunity to further evaluate the situation. On the basis of sustained progress in Action Plan implementation, the EU is ready to start reflection on a new agreement with the Republic of Moldova going beyond the PCA."

intre timp Ucraina a lansat negocieri pt crearea zonei de comerti liber cu UE, este consecinta directa incheierii de catre Kiev a negocierilor pt aderare la OMC.
